valorant should add a setting to change your aspect ratio like they do in r6s or like in cs where just the resolution change makes your game stretched not just the UI. so annoying to do all the steps between games for true stretched to work

idk bout ur budget but logitech is a pretty safe bet when it comes to your mouse, headset and kb. when youre looking for a monitor make sure that its atleast 144hz and actually set it to the highest refresh rate. valorant isnt heavy on your computer so even a $1000 pc will get you to 240fps
