meh, many different agents with flash and molly, should be the same for stuns. I agree they might wanna look at reworking some of them. But the other thing is that stuns can sometimes be difficult to land, and be sure that the enemy is stunned. Breach's can be quite useless in some scenarios as it can be dodge or just miss very easily.
