Just make every team from every region play the qualifiers in one place. For example teams should play qualifiers in their own regions and the qualified teams should play in a bigger qualifier(every team will travel to EU for example) where region doesnt matter anymore, and the best teams from there will go to the major. (This way minor regions can still grow)
Yes because with the cs system only the best teams will be able to play. In valorant even if the region is complete dog it will still have 3 guaranteed place in majors no matter what…
