we all know it was a crazy performance, he has the record for bo5 kills, but i think it becomes more impressive when u look into some specifics

this was a short 5 map series, a lot of the maps were pretty short and kinda beatdowns, kangkang managed 19+ kills every single map, with 22+ on the first 4. some of those first 4 maps were as short as 17 rounds.

he had a kpr of 1.07. also 26 first bloods and 26 first deaths is nuts. took .50 first duels a round

when zekken had 101 his kpr was .92
when demon1 had 101 his kpr was .96
when t3xture had 105 his kpr was .95
when aspas had 101 his kpr was .85
when valyn had 101 his kpr was .85 (still nuts as hes igl and controller ofc)

Yeah, one of the worst plays I’ve seen in memory. Up 8-7 and he does that. They then lose 6 of the next 7

I knew once p00 did that terrible terrible play. One of the worst I’ve ever seen in vct. You could instantly see every heretics player sink a little, lose their sparkle.

This is a young team, they choke sometimes, they struggle to recoup.

On top of that, lotus and haven aren’t great maps for them, they switch their comps a lot on these. It’s not a comfort place like sunset is for them.

I think they lost, lotus and haven are good matchups for lev too. I’ll be very impressed if heretics win, it will tell me that they’ve improved a lot as a team
