Not saying it’s worth the pay difference or anything, but the world of coaching is very different and she values different things in her career than u and I, so it’s hard to speculate

Almost no teams would sign potter rn, they already have coaches and rosters in place.
And the teams that could sign her aren’t in na, or Americas even. She’s staying I’m confident

I do agree she’s a little overrated. But she still is a great coach. 2023 EG should not have been a champions winning team, and without potter they wouldn’t have been. That team was very unique and took every player into account and put them in roles and positions to succeed. Literally every player was way worse the year after (boostio and jawgemo aren’t great examples tho so disregard them)
Demon1 put onto raze, potter would never have done that
C0m is a very unique player and potter made the most of him
and nrg built a team with ethan as igl, spending insane amounts to do so. Potter wouldn’t do that with Ethan
this isnt all because of potter compared to other coaches but she managed that eg team perfectly, whereas coaches like chet have been criticized for their man management (by fns)
and she also makes cool set plays so those will add to it
At the end of the day tho, speculating on how good a coach is will be pretty useless, because there’s only so much you can know. Only people who are in those team discussions and scrims and timeouts will rlly know
