i used my school email to sign up and my school disabled our email account so i couldnt log in since i had 2fa lol but rito fixed it so its all good now

i just changed my account gmail apparently you dont need your old email to change your riot email (idk if it works when your email is verified)

i think once an account email is changed its hard to get back the account

usually it takes 6 hours+- before they mail you back i think you should resend a ticket

just wait for rito support the "page does not exist" also happened to me before but they will end up contacting you
