[commenting on the trashtalk after the game]: "we have to make these guys respects us, who's at home and doesnt know what happens: these guys said our team is mediocre, that we are common at playing, we know that gringos love to look down on us, at any sport, the olympics, gynastics, football, volley, basket, we're always at disadvantage, in structure, little investment, etc. and these guys come 'stuck up' to our country thinking they're gonna win against us, talking bad about us... so yeah we are here representing brazil and we wont let that happen"

fraud tournament or not, tuyz and cauanzin still made a grand-finals on their first tournament with almost 0 international experience, barely beating FNC

that's the point, you don't need to pick the best proven and experienced players to be able to contend for titles, just like aspas and Less weren't the best duelist/sentinel in brazil before joining LOUD

nice we'll probably see japanese teams with home crowd

posted about a year ago

yeah ignore the 2nd place at lockin and 1st place americas
and just judge the players based on their worst tournament
incredible

dude's first post is a banger '-' i read allat

  • sideshow/bren are the best duo for me
  • balla/doug are barely unwatchable to me (no hate to their persons, i like watching balla at platchat, but on casting... their moments of silence for like 5sec are so awkward)
  • i think mimi tries too hard to be the embodiement of the gen Z, its a double edge sword tbh, sometimes its fun, sometimes it doesnt fit the context
  • Sliggy is the nicest person ive ever watched on the gaming industry, he's almost Jesus, i can't imagine him doing any harm to anyone, always tries to see both sides of a determined play, gives a special attention to the VAL economy and the importance of saving/going for the kills depending on the situation, he's the goat co-streamer. sgares is also nice

i can already see it: LOUD and FNATIC on the lower-bracket and then everyone agrees that LOCK//IN was a mickey mouse tournament
