around asc-low Immo lobbies in SG server you would find Indo, sg, malay to be more toxic than others. personally I found Thai player to be more relaxed and laid back followed by Pinoy (yes pinoy) rarely meet viet player but they usually very quiet.
in higher lobby around immo2-immo3 it's been very chill (no racist remarks so far, just another usual tilted dudes)
I tried JP server a few times in my smurf they usually very quiet when they knew you're a kaigai till you spoke nihongo then they'll be calling a small strat and shit, I don't like playing there because in higher lobbies they're still have questionable gamesense.
