gl trying to convince ppl here that a player with good stats can be bad to work with
its hard to put it down in rules but in practice its easy to determine whos been playing from far east/living there for most of their life and who hasnt. maybe evaluate cases individually, so not choosing regions but asking riot, giving them your 3 year old apac account and history of residency etc. but ofc i get why the rule works like it does as well.
it should work like in cs for russia where far east teams play in asian rmrs. you dont really choose a region, you belong to a region which you're closest to. it wouldn't really be an advantage if only players that play from far east would be considered apac.
navi are the best 4th team emea can send vitality or kc would be a waste of a spot.
how about a decent player stat page first? why is it always filtered by agent? why cant we look at stats in specific timeranges?
you underestimate heretics. patitek life event is still 0.8 of miniboo's full potential.

there are 3 international events per year. he has a regional trophy. goat status is not determined by s tier trophy wins.

regional stages are in theory events so the idea that they should have roster locks like cs events do and like masters and champs is not illogical
