Reyna X Viper tho

you can't even "main" Reyna. Literally anybody can main Reyna she has no nuance. It's just sad that it's always some baiter eating up the duelist spot.

I don't think he's good enough for tier1 yet. If it was up to me I would've gotten L1NK.

posted about 2 years ago

I mean this game has so much rng it's pretty much like a lottery system for those who qualify/win.

posted about 2 years ago

I love how SEA teams talk so much shit when they literally have a top4 team with 2 washed tier50 emea players.

posted about 2 years ago

This 10yo vs 1yo would've only worked as an agument if valorant was showing signs of growth instead of a downwards trajectory. Because within 1year the viewership has lowered drastically so idk how in this argument the viewership will be better in 10 years, when it couldn't last 1.

Wow valorant has a casual viewerbase who watch casual streamers just like every new game? Amazing. Definitely something that is sustainable for decades unlike esports.

Clr can you please also post the scoreboard at the end of the article?

Valorant maintained an estimated total of at least 12 million active players throughout each month of 2021

Between 430,000 and 800,000 people play CS:GO across all devices in 2021 and the game has around 20 million monthly active players.

Lying is very easy for you copers.

Fake numbers. Very nice.

As of now I prefer this game. In 12 months from now, with this rate, I'm definitely gonna leave. (As will like 80% of the people by then)

Where did I mention CS ONCE? What does CS have to do with Riot's constant failures?

PS: the numbers clearly indicate that CS is more successful so idk what in the fucking fuck you are talking about you deranged creep

posted about 2 years ago

yeah keep living in your fake utopia. Everything about this esport is excellent you just have to believe hard enough! With that mentality valo will be dead in 2 years.

posted about 2 years ago

playerbase + viewership are at an all time low and have a downwards trajectory every if you exclude champions (but only in comparison to masters2 but in comparison to masters1 it still had less viewership)

other places outside of europe literally don't matter one single bit in the grand scheme of Tactical shooters. CIS, EU and Brazil single handedly have more TacFPS fans than all of the rest of the world combined, times 3.

Blast premier is not even a major and Zeta is like the most popular team in the world alongside BBL and Sentinels?

Sentinels as I said previously are very popular content creators. And that's where this game lacks. If you don't have big streamer personalities in the playoffs it all goes to shit. If you don;t have the hype of the new game, it all goes to shit. Nothing is built to last in this esport. It's all zoomer content hype, nothing else of actual substance. It is DOOMED to fail. Hell, after shroud left the total viewership decreased by 25%!!!!

Riot don't care about the integrity of competition and they prove that constantly with their garbage formats (either killing competition by forcing them to play 10 officials per QUARTER), or with their shitty franchising where good teams will be left out because of being a part of a poor org. Franchising in general just makes up for no integrity.

THEN, you also have their game devs ALWAYS pandering to casual players, pumping out untested content CONSTANTLY not caring about the effects it will have on the meta, destabilising teams constantly.

This game is becoming dogshit by the minute. Be it the updates, or the esports management.

posted about 2 years ago

what numbers? the playerbase which is smaller or the viewership which is smaller and constantly diminishing?

posted about 2 years ago

And new roster and new org

posted about 2 years ago

Because the game is dying and riot needs some valid criticism but everybody here is too much of a pussy to speak up about it. Evrybody wants to live in a fake reality of valorant being "a top esport" simply because it's their first ever competitive experience and god forbid somebody diminishes their experience.

Well, this game is so ez that once you hit immortal and have 0 aspirations of becoming a pro then you really have no reason to continue playing.

Small indie company doesn't know how venues work.

posted about 2 years ago

THANK YOU. FINALLY, a sane man.

They're sabotaging the scene. First it was solely relying on content rather than competition, once people like shroud left, the viewership plummeted as expected.

Then it's a shitty 10 games per year format. For no absolute reason either. Just hate for certain 3rd party event organizers.

Now it's franchising, which is going to absolutely kill the scene. 10 teams for 10 regions, omegalul.

It's obvious this has an actual effect on the populace just by reading your reply. You truly don't even know how damaging mental illnesses are. You don't know the half of it. If you had ever met any actially mentally ill person you wouldn't be saying bullshit like "everybody gets affected differently." Mental illnesses are not a matter of fucking opinion like in SicK's case, they are fact, hard/tough truth.

posted about 2 years ago

How in the fuck do you classify it as mental health issues? You literally proved my point. People just feel sad and they paint it in the same light as something actually irregular, important and dangerous. And suddenly depression and all the other mental illnesses are nothing but a "seasonal sadness" and they are never taken seriously. Literally the same as equating cat calling with rape. Belittles a serious issue and destroys the attention actually needed for real patients.

In your paradigm, the person who has a two day flu acts like he has cancer.

posted about 2 years ago

they are belittling terms like "mental health issues" and "depression" with their fucking stupidity. It's so important to feel "ill" that other actually ill people are treated as if they are just "sad" or "moody" or "angry"

Btw don;t expect anybody to answer to this. All they know how to do is be braindead and spam downvotes. rtrds

posted about 2 years ago

I think you are misinterpreting the term "mental health issues" when he literally recovered in a month and you all act like he is suffering from manic depression.

If I see one more rtrd labelling casual sadness as "mental health issues" I'm gonna kill myself.

NA math

EU dominated champions with 4/4 teams in playoffs and 3/4 semifinalists.

NA won a fluke masters because half the EU teams couldn't go. FPX missing, m3c missing, fnatic with 2 subs. Literally meaningless tournament.

Copium.

no team suits his shitty playstyle. And if they are willing to change in order to fit him in they become dogshit, because he is just bad for any team. He took the number 1 team in the world and look where they are now.

He was not good. He was barely pulling his weight with Jett (super OP character at the time). Once he lost jett, he went to his constant bottom fragging as he deserves (in terms of his skill).

And NBK and KennyS for french speaking team. Retirement house last dance.

Was always dogshit. Just relied on jett being broken. Now he's exposed.

posted about 2 years ago

Thank god this happened, otherwise we would have to suffer another 3 months of bottom fragging duelist

posted about 2 years ago

This is totally shit honestly. I don't see how this franchsing system will work. What will the poorer teams be doing? No third parties are investing in valorant. How will new players get promoted? Will there be lower leagues? Will they also be franchised?
