NA is not better than let's say APAC because they have "larger talent pool". NA and APAC have similar ranked player base floating around 2 million players, it's because they have the infrastructure and better talents to choose from.

APAC is shit not because they're not "diverse" enough, it's just simply the lack of infrastructure and the lack of quality talent. 3/10 teams that are in the Pacific league right now are international teams (RRQ, GE, and PRX) and only PRX are the one who has a successful international roster, sure I agree I think more APAC teams going international is a good thing it'll create more opportunities to create a better team but teams aren't doing that because going international does not mean you're guaranteed to have a better team, team chemistry matters and speaking the same language obviously will create a better chemistry for your team. the reason PRX is the only successful international Pacific team is not because they're an international roster, it's because core of that team have been together for a long time back when they're still a CS:GO team, so chemistry is not an issue for them. and also it just so happens that they have cracked players like jinggg and f0rsaken. And don't forget about the fanbase too. it's good for orgs to make roster for a country so that the fanbase from that country feel represented and happy and thus create more clout and revenue for the org.
