I loved it. As a guy who enjoys cooking but isn't too good at it (I can make simple pasta dishes), I really enjoyed watching an anime where all they did was cook food!

Here is a list of my personal favorites that I have enjoyed watching. Feel free to judge!

  • Shokugeki no Souma
  • Guilty Crown
  • Violet Evergarden
  • 91 Days
  • Ishuzoku Reviewers
  • Hyouka
  • Aldnoah.Zero
  • Zankyou no Terror (I only liked the beginning and the end of this one)
  • Wonder Egg Priority

Interesting... because their narrow win against 4AM actually dissuaded me from believing in their ability to win the entire tournament lol.

posted about 2 years ago

Maybe that's why I haven't heard about it yet.

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah, but it's probably just a coincidence.

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah. The CN region has such a deep pool of talent to pick from right now. Although many are less experienced than players from other international teams, there are many that look like they can be good in the future.

Is he? I know MrCANI is signed already but I haven't heard any news about jkuro. I might've missed it but I'll do some digging on it, because I do think he's a good player.

DRG just played really well today they deserved their win.

How do you do that? Teach me please?🥺

KBG 0n1y is not bad either.

Well, all the props go to them for proving me wrong! They've developed nicely but I stand by my statement that when the tournament started they did not look nearly as good as before.

Hello my dear Zerphyr I think you have the wrong comment :)

My condolences for your problems. My name is not a reference to Geometry Dash. My name comes from two subjects I loved when I was young, and I still do to some degree: geography and geology. To splice means to bring them together. So, geospliced basically means me, because I am a product of the things I'm curious about and love. Hope that helps and have fun in Geometry Dash!

It was an amazing match though.

I'd like to see them stay together but I doubt that's happening. Players probably getting poached.

Hello, I'm geospliced, and my friends don't want to talk to me, so I'm turning to you, conutV2, with a response to your response to my response.

To be honest, I like it rare on some days as well. I also enjoy beef tartares.

I shall let you know if I have any more questions, geospliced.

I don't eat steak often either, but I would say that your preferred level of doneness is the correct level of doneness.

All the best, geospliced.

I think they're really outperforming the odds at this point.

posted about 2 years ago

Hmmmm. That's very true. Zero1 may not be the most mechanically gifted player, but I guess that's just how it is with many IGLs.

posted about 2 years ago

Well, there are some reasons.

  1. I'm an ordinary vlr user like the rest of you! I'm neither an admin on the platform, nor someone directly involved with the VCT. Anyone could take 2-5 minutes to type up what they think will happen in a series and give a predicted score and it'll be just like mine.
  2. I'm not always accurate. My accuracy rate for this Ascension tournament is 73%, and my overall accuracy rate is 71%. That really isn't anything impressive imo. If one could get verified by being accurate, then shouldn't everyone who gets a pick'em 100% correct be verified?

Regardless, I'm flattered that you think I should be verified, and I really appreciate your kind words!

No but it seems like they're doing better.

Sometimes he's clutching consecutive 1v4s in overtime and other times he is taking the zipline to death.

Zeno on smokes is debatable. I don't think he has what it takes to be a solid contender for a slot in a superteam. I think some better and viable options for smokes include cxyy, WsLeo, and Dingwei.

This Ascension series? For sure! It's honestly incredible how DRG have been able to pull this off and I would've never seen it coming.

I am very tired today, therefore I did not try to extrapolate the metaphoric meaning of "underground" in the original question at all. Instead, I decided to use the literal meaning of the word when answering the question. I don't think I did/said anything wrong, but if it makes someone feel uncomfortable in any way, I shall edit the comment as needed.

posted about 2 years ago

Tupac is an examples of an "underground" artist that I have not listened to. As for favorite, probably Frank Sinatra, as his songs are timeless and classy. Frank Sinatra is my favorite "underground" artist.

Edit: Upon further research, I realized that JuiceWRLD is not underground.
Tupac and JuiceWRLD are two examples of "underground" artists that I have not listened to -> Tupac is an examples of an "underground" artist that I have not listened to

DRG is a pretty new team for everyone to get into I think it's only a matter of time before they prove themselves one way or another, and people start to pay attention to them (like RA and TE).

posted about 2 years ago

Okay, here are my thoughts on this series, but I'm tired today so I'll keep it short. I might come back to edit this comment or something.
DRG looked decent against ASE, and although the maps were pretty close, they had the ability to convert those overtime rounds and that really impressed me. TvirusLuke and vo0kashu has continued to look great, which is good for DRG as they definitely need it going up against a team on RA's calibre.
RA has been great this entire tourney, not dropping a single map and not going into overtime a single time.
Although personally I believe that RA is destined for VCT, I think DRG has a chance to perhaps pull a surprise out of the hat, as they have done time and time again (they haven't been favorites in recent series yet they've won a bunch of them).

I think that if RA comes out guns blazing with the sort of concentration and focus from their recent series, they could beat DRG and give them a deficit of 3-0 but then again, I think the chances of DRG antistratting RA on a map is high and this series could turn out a 3-1 win for RA.

I mean, it happens, but I just got home and I'll have to watch the match to see what really happened.

I think that's pretty encouraging tbh. That's a skill issue on his behalf.

But the thing is, he plays just as well as the rest of them lol.
