Your compliment brings joy to my heart. I too came to this site to engage in intellectual discussions with other fellow VCT enthusiasts, but I too found many posts either baiting or just being dogmatic about certain players/teams.
My main tip for getting over this aspect of the community is just to live with it. I know it isn't too great of an advice, but once you've been here for a while you get used to all the silly forums. Some people like to bait or are just simply too enamored with their own beliefs to be open minded, but that's alright. This community is filled to the brim with a plethora of different characters and I'm glad to have met and befriended some of the better ones.
I encourage you to stick around and get to know the good people of the site. I'm sure many intellectuals will emerge from their dens once the season starts.

NRG could beat Fnatic, but I don't think they would "clear" Fnatic. To "clear" someone implies utter domination, and from my perspective, that would be difficult to pull of against a team on the calibre of Fnatic even if the perpetrators are the superteam NRG. As far as I am aware, Fnatic is currently more solid as a team and has better team chemistry. However, NRG definitely stands a chance and could potentially beat Fnatic in a spicy affair.

This is a great roster to say the least. Let's see whether or not JDG can live up to the expectations and become a top 3 CN team.

Billyo is already there and yoman probably wants to compete rather than sit on the sidelines tbh.

I think he's slightly underrated. However, I do think he was one of the weaker players in ASE. His abilities could probably be compared to someone like bunt tbh.

I've got lots of secret admirers who love reading my comments and just can't help but interact with me! I wish we could have a conversation instead though. People without context would see the downvotes and think I said something of poor taste or something among those lines lol.

That's a bold assumption as well as a poorly made generalization. There are plenty of people who care about EDG and it's not like they're a no-name team or something. EDG is a proven top 8 team as of the end of 2023 and there's no proof that suggests that they are "shitters" as you call them. Perhaps tone down on the disrespectful tone? I'm sorry if I'm misinterpreting your sarcasm or something of that nature, but if there's anything you want to say, feel free to! I'm here to listen 😊

Based for the most part, I feel like LOUD could be interchanged with Leviatan or NRG if they get their stuff together. As for EMEA, I think either NAVI or Team Liquid will make it alongside Fnatic. Overall pretty nice!
