Who is free smoker igl rn to replace l1nk? Ec1s?
and ofc l1nk benched especially for this game 😵💫
banger :)
Tbh im glad that you noticed that they lost from winnable score to kru, because this is literally their problem soo far
I knew some impressions from players who played vs FNC and some opinion from them is that they are very very readable with a matter of time. Even Derke in interview to Thorin said that they are very hard relying on their scripts like robots
They can have lead score but they kinda choke all times because teams just adapt to their playstyle and scripts even during the map. Some maps vs Sen in iceland were with lead, in stage 3 VCT EU same(vs G2 and etc), vs C9 they were like 11-7 and then made it to OT lul and KRU as you noticed.
The reason why they were successful at champions i think its because they had element of surprise (their fracture for example) noone really knew how they gonna play because they didnt played vs any T1 team officials on a serious mode for a halfyear, but still it was very hard for them even with defaults that they never showed before, isnt it?
I think this is why they force to make roster changes, because its mb for a time but it makes them hard to read until everyone will adapt again
Maybe im wrong this is just how i see it
I already wrote this on the last week on some thread here:
Is not fnatic always starts good and then hardly fell off?
↗️2nd in First Strike and didn't qualified to EU Masters after it ↘️
↗️2nd in Masters 2 and then didn't qualified to EMEA 2↘️
↗️1st seed in group D on Champions and lost to KRU↘️
↗️1st seed in Group Stage EMEA 2022 and fell off in playoff (0-13) to last place in Masters 1 2022 ↘️
↗️Probably now first seed in Group A and will fall again↘️, but hopefully they can continue to be as strong as they are right now as long as its possible
Kinda roller coaster
And always their peak form only after roster change. -First strike -dikzj+tsack
-Stage 2 2021 -tsack-moe+derke+magnum
-Chanpions: Didnt played halfyear in VCT and officials vs any T1 teams (only vs Liquid on Red Bull), so no one knew how they are really playing rn
Stage 1 2022: -doma+braveaf
Stage 2 2022: -braveaf -magnum +enzo + alfajer
What is this If not honeymoon?
But its just my thoughts, maybe im completely wrong :)
Well i hope they can continue show their best as you, don't get me wrong. If emea will have 1 more stable top team its only better for us
I still gonna be sceptical to fnatic until they really will win something, its just the same way how stage 1 started for me, people hyped guild so much on start, but they fell off in playoff, people hyped fnatic, but with the same roster they won group stage they were 13-0ed and 3-0ed
Honeymoon is period of time for new team when everything is clicking and working like you planned. Fnatic always fall off when everyone understand how they are playing (just like robots with scripts). Its not about aim, its about their approach(same like drx have)
To be the best team you need to be good in long term, have ability to adapt and deal with problems and hard times, not to just dominate first 5-7 games
Which solutions fnatic make if they have problems? Roster changes. Sounds very long-term oriented
Fnatic cicle: dominate first games -> scripts stop working -> roster change , repeat
FNC group stage team
Even if we will imagine that they make some grand/lower finals i will never bet on FNC in BO5 because of their map pool
My thoughts
S: FPX, M3C
A: FNC, Guild
B: G2, Acend,
C: OGLU, NaVi, TL, Fokus, BBL, BIG
FPX just saved their Fracture comp vs fnatic for some reason in first game, pretty sure if they played it like vs fokus and g2, then game vs fnc ended like all other games in that group (2-0)
I dont think its gonna be close next time, because i don't really like fnc's map pool. I think their best map is icebox rn and fpx because of how big and strong their map pool can just ban it and win on every other map with dominant score (like on Ascent).
Its fact, but unfortunately they live in the middle of Russia, they need to pay for exitlag to make it at least for 70-80
Russian players have around 100 ping on Tokyo servers btw
BB wins it!
banger
BB 2-0
Ez for BB
FPX in Blast 2020 (Open match vs TL)
Started watching Valorant esports after saw Ange1's guides and heard that he have one of the most promising teams in EMEA
When Guard were in EMEA someone told that FireFlux 24-0ed Guard, so who cars

I can not mark source but it someone from emea t1 and he told me something like that
FNC very hard relying on their scripts and its make them readable with a matter of time. They always good team on short distance, but after teams gonna adapt to their scripts FNC start loosing hard
Same with Guild. Strong start, but lets see how they will perform in long term.
Im confident only in FPX right now
Give me FunPlus Phoenix collection with music from LoL 2019 after last kill (like champions vandal)
I cant, russia banned from world money transit system
WGS 2-1

cNed https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/ACE%20cNed%23carry/overview?season=all
TenZ https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/SEN%20TenZ%230505/overview?playlist=competitive&season=all
DEATHMATCH STATS
mwzera - 86% win rate (thats the insaniest thing ive seen in a while)
cNed - stats not availiable
TenZ - 73% win rate
RANKED STATS
mwzera - 66.3% winrate (MVP of 95% of the matches)
cNed - 53.5% winrate (MVP of 13% of the matches)
TenZ - 60.4% winrate (MVP of 15% of the matches)
can you take your time to appreciate how insane mwzera is? without a doubt the most talented player to ever touch the game
I have another opinion in this discussion
About your vision of the problem
Like FPX fan im talking you thats the whole idea of "bad comp" is bullshit. You can win with almost any comp in this game if behind this comp solid structure(gambit won unprepared haven with simple comp. And redgar was on entry, not deffo :D) FPX added entry player (they played without entry player whole 2021) and started winning even with crazy comps(which i love), their momentum finally built. The whole idea of emea top teams (and of the world as well) its to help your entry star player to find entry. Starting round with advantage means that round is almost won. Acend helps to cNed with this, Fnatic to Derke, FPX helps to ardiis while in Gambit absolutely miracle approach. Our entry die and we gonna trade him (but this idea dont work against disciplined team ig, because entry just gonna tp/dash after he made entry so you just gonna play from disadvantage)
Sacrificing for info while in this game a lot abilities for it its kinda debatable idea. Also strong duelist is kinda x factor for the team. Like cNed,yay, derke. Bro, with all respect, last highlight from deffo that i can remember was on masters 3 (ace vs 100t)
So i think the problem is their approach, not the player or "bad comps"
Some players which scrimmed against gambit wrote about it in ru valo esports chat. I cant say more
I mean first of all esports is a business, and if team is loosing too much its a money wasting for org, so it is forcing to make some changes because org need results. Gambit need to qualify for masters 2 to sell their roster, no one want team without results
From what i heard gambit tested deffo on smokes and he was really good on this role ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I think idea of roleswapes is great. Just watch what it did with Guild where trexx and Sayf made roleswap to their mains (duelist/anchor) and what it made with TL where Scream now fulltime duelist (raze neon were played before by soulcas and scream on support roles was not that good lets be honest)
https://www.vlr.gg/6940/team-singularity-vs-gambit-esports-first-strike-cis-main-event-sf
man im from cis and i know if trexx on his day he can singlehandledly own gambit
fpx saved strats and didnt show their real level to not let for other teams overthink and overprepare to them

2) https://twitter.com/ec1s_/status/1523326643107815424
3) shao & suygetsu now made something like bootcamp in Serbia, it means their ping must be lower than from Russia
So, nah, FPX gonna back even stronger

OGLDN ARE REAL DARK HORSES. PEOPLE SLEEPING ON THEM
BBL MAKE IT TO PLAYOFFS
FPX STILL THE BEST EMEA TEAM
fokus acend fnatic guild navi will dissapoint
Group A: FPX, OG LDN, G2
Group B: M3C, TL, BBL
Masters: FPX, M3C, OGLDN
if 1 more LAN gonna be without FPX i will not handle with it😭
it seems that navi forced players to leave cis to Serbia or choose to be kicked
its make sense in some way, but i think jady refused because not ready to left country: he is studying here and his family/friends etc lives here
new player is zeddy, he was igl in OBG and Forze
