keznit? not good with raze incoming

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah yeah it's always "a bad map for Loud", the rival never has merit.
Cocky little shits.

At this point idk if reports work, because you're just really annoying sometimes. Get help.

Good move, they will secure a spot in Valorant franchising now, and why stop there: with NiSMO they can work it out a restaurant franchise.
8/8

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah, all of that is true, but that's as of yesterday. I don't defend Sentinels or shround but this move could be seen as a gamble to turn that around. Maybe shroud fans will support this with their money.

And i say massive because until today, they weren't doing anything to change the situation, and we can't deny that shroud moves a ton of people...

Sad for competitive? we still don't know. General opinion is Yes.
But this is MASSIVE from a business perspective for Sentinels.

ngl, really smart move

Wow -23 downvotes.
The point was proved i guess...

idk man, it's kinda 50/50. I don't see that much people hyped about them. In fact i remember a thread when i said "people sleeps on Guild, they silently do things pretty good" but the general opinion was kinda "they're not better than the other EMEA teams"

How we try to be a "first world country" and be cocky about it in South America, when in reality we don't even have a good health and educational system.

It's funny because keznit hasn't been streaming as much as before for like two months now... But now he appears for some days and it's a big deal.
Even if they're just before starting the tournament, that isn't reason for teams to be scrimming and burning out just now. It isn't mandatory.

People seems to get triggered anytime i (or anybody) mention csgo in a thread or comment, even if is not for comparing or spreading hate.
Serious question, why so soft about it?

posted about 2 years ago

I don't know if i phrased it wrong or you read it really bad.
I wasn't saying that is an exclusive system for cs (that was written literal). I was mentioning that cs tournaments use it and it works. Gotta put things in perspective and CSGO is a shooter, same as valorant, so i was just reinforcing the point that the system works in FPS tournaments.

The second point is just an opinion based on things you can read about "Riot trying to not be CS". Tell riot to implement the simple solution, not me. I'm all for a better system.

Looks like people gets insta triggered always when i mention csgo in my comments.

edit: typo for any "common" misunderstanding.

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah swiss system is better (csgo is a good example) and even if it's not an exclusive system for them, seems like Riot wants to do thing "different" to "not look like cs"

posted about 2 years ago

Yes, but a bigger problem here is the 12 team system which SUUUUUUUUUUUCKSSSSSS. 16 is the number.
Teams should just go in 4 groups of 4 all in, no benefits for the first qualified.

DM sucks

i mean yeah, NiP might not be the strongest, my point is that everytime KRÜ plays against a brazilian team, people just compare how the BR teams are between them, and based on that they say "this one beats KRU" or "this one loses against KRÜ" (the last one doesn't happen too often).

KRÜ enters the equation after all that process to just be put as the loser of the match. And behind KRÜ there's preparation and work. They look more integrated now with Leazo as coach. Not as strong as they were with Onur, but definitely more preparated than last masters with betoni...

edit: also i'm really llooking forward for this match, no doubt it will be a really good one

Also i'm assuming FPX is going with a stand-in.

posted about 2 years ago

I think Loud wins this, but i don't think it will be as easy as people are saying with the "NiP is shit, LOUD is different" argument. Yeah, LOUD is different but KRÜ isn't fucking around either.

posted about 2 years ago

I'm going full hopium for KRÜ to win the lower bracket...

The winner of LCQ between LATAM and BR gave their region winner the bye for groups

posted about 2 years ago

Indeed, the format is kinda bad. Giving a bye on groups doesn't really help.

posted about 2 years ago

What do you want my friend? a format that favor some regions above others? And on what criteria?

posted about 2 years ago

The actual one is more like to "where the old one had to evolve".

This change was really odd:

Glad they came up with the new one.

From a graphic designer perspective, i think they could be family variants. This is called a "refresh" sometimes.
The odd thing here is that brands usually do this on the other way (from detailed to more flat).

Maybe it's reflect of a budget matter.

idk how is it in Brazil, but here in Chile there's a lot of ignorant people who goes to the stadiums (not all of them of course, but A LOT), and those are at the same level of the edgy internet kids who says that kind of stuff. No filter, no brain, hiding between the crowd.

And about your last statement... man, when you do gestures or say something racist/xenophobic/homofobic in public here at 2022, you got destroyed and exposed. I think nobody can gave an objective opinion about HOW A COUNTRY IS based in some situations not considering the day-to-day life UNLESS the person has lived there.
