1 team region = 1 team region

posted about 2 years ago

oh no he's farming ranked in a 1 team region 😨

posted about 2 years ago

they have 3 slots, not making a high placement is an embarrassement when you have the most slots

posted about 2 years ago

and with crashies instead of sacy, fns instead of saadhak, victor instead of aspas and marved instead of pancada

posted about 2 years ago

i love benkai but no way you put him above fns

posted about 2 years ago

i heckin love north american valorant

posted about 2 years ago

thats what happens when you're from a 1 team region, you never experience losing and when you do your mental just booms, hot take but i dont think they're getting a higher placement than 8th in champions

posted about 2 years ago

kkkkkkkkkk people really expected drx to make a deep run

posted about 2 years ago

nah nah nah, script says that the team making it out of groups must beat the team that went straight to playoffs

posted about 2 years ago

prx 2-1 optic
fpx 2-0 fnc
optic 3-0 fpx
optic 3-0 prx
just following the script

lower final is a bo5

if there are 10 slots then na gets 6, and then br and latam get 2 each. The reason is extremely simple; the competition in na is much tighter, meanwhile in brazil the only good team is loud so giving more than 2 slots seems like a waste since no one there can even take a map off them, let alone reach double round digits, mostly the same goes for latam with kru and lev being above everyone else

berlin 100T

posted about 2 years ago

probably low but still rooting for lev cause it'd be funny if they win

posted about 2 years ago

same, if anoher region wins champions would be far less boring knowing that we have better international competition + more teams from said regions might invest into valorant in the future

posted about 2 years ago

lets put aside our differences and appreciate for a second that the winner for this masters has a pretty good chance to not be from emea/na

posted about 2 years ago

"best region in valorant" 3 spots yet all of them have fallen into the lower bracket

STATS

mwzera https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/VK%20mwzera%234324/overview?playlist=competitive&season=all
cNed https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/ACE%20cNed%23carry/overview?season=all
TenZ https://tracker.gg/valorant/profile/riot/SEN%20TenZ%230505/overview?playlist=competitive&season=all

DEATHMATCH STATS
mwzera - 86% win rate (thats the insaniest thing ive seen in a while)
cNed - stats not availiable
TenZ - 73% win rate

RANKED STATS
mwzera - 66.3% winrate (MVP of 95% of the matches) proof here https://imgur.com/StiJmpg
cNed - 53.5% winrate (MVP of 13% of the matches)
TenZ - 60.4% winrate (MVP of 15% of the matches)

can you take your time to appreciate how insane mwzera is? without a doubt the most talented player to ever touch the game

I'll try to explain briefly why I think he is the best player in the world
Despite his insane aim and movement
The best way to know if a player is a good duelist is RAZE. There is a BIG difference between a good duelist and a jett abuser
If he is a good duelist, he needs to be good with raze.

heat? not good with raze
aspas? not good with raze
xand? not good with raze
tenz? not good with raze
cned? not good with raze
scream? not good with raze
d3ffo? not good with raze
derke? not good with raze

Thats why I think he is undoubtely the best player in the world. If RIOT by any means decides to nerf jett and shift the meta we prolly not gonna even hear names like cned and tenz again :>
He is not killing 40+ per map because when he joined VK he was forced to play a different role because heat is already a main jett... and lets be honest, every single duelist nowadays gets 20+ kills per map because team and setups are basically built around you (even steel managed to get 20 kills with it https://www.vlr.gg/29398/sentinels-vs-100-thieves-champions-tour-north-america-stage-3-challengers-playoffs-gf/?game=46692&tab=overview)

its a great way to bring more viewership to the game as well as new players, people can also watch their favourite cc/pro to make it more enjoyable to watch, so yeah imo its good

sentinels winning champions

posted about 2 years ago

was it really underwhelming? yeah we expected them to at least win a series, but obviously they lost to a full force optic, and then they had an extremely close with lev where both teams won the same amount of rounds in the series, and that loss was to a team that also managed to take a map off of drx on their international debut, so it was more or less expected

posted about 2 years ago

fr, at the end both teams won a total of 40 rounds, with zekken and cryo pulling insane numbers even while losing, extremely close match

posted about 2 years ago

neither will tsm with the record they have with their ceo

posted about 2 years ago

a world where they have the same performence as yesterday on ascent

posted about 2 years ago

fpx 2-0 guild
xset 2-1 lev
prx 2-1 fnc
optic 2-0 drx

posted about 2 years ago

did they really confirm only 10 per league? i remember it saying "8-12" and that the actual number has yet to be revealed

posted about 2 years ago

no one has come even close to beating loud, not even nip, the closest map loud has had was a 17-15 on split which they still won on their perma ban, and that was against a team that didnt even make playoffs

posted about 2 years ago

what has brazil done to merit 4/5 spots? they never even made it out of groups in an international without a bye to playoffs

posted about 2 years ago

bro 3 for a 1 team region??? its only going to be loud, nip maybe if its 2

posted about 2 years ago

optic look like they're on a whole other level
