Best course of action for 100T is to not make any roster changes so as to not ruin the synergy they have built. Derrek's fragging has gone down a bit yes, but it is not even close to being the reason 100T lost. Derrek is usually too focused on his utility and setting up his teammates. He will eventually strike the right balance.
What they need imo is an analyst. Mikes may be goated but even he can't do it all alone. Every top team rn has one. 100T just need to have solid gameplans prepared. And one other thing about them that seems off is their confidence. They played very nervous those last few games and took no map control by being pro-active bcoz they seemed scared to push ahead.
