Keznit fucked up, he doesn't speak english and brazilians hate him so the teams he can join in a T1 scene are narrowed to just one: leviatán and he and their coach have bad relationship.
The only option for him at the moment is play for a tier 2 team.

Tenz needs a good team, at early stages of valorant we had few agents and not that much utility so aim was really important. Nowadays with all the agents and utility a team who use them well is better than crazy aimers like scream and tenz. Now, if you put tenz in a great team probably that could be a championship team for sure.

FNS is an awesome IGL but a T2 player, his damage is absurd for a tier 1 team and a team who won and reached finals. He is a cone who make great calls.
Kiles is trash and maybe zombs in that sen champs too.

In ascension NA has their slot almost for sure because the league will be based there and teams from latam and br will be playing there. Scrimming against good teams including NA will help tier 2 teams from NA and latam/br has no chance in ascension. With the move from the best latam/br teams to NA the whole region will be like tier 3.

Eventually good players will play for franchised teams, thats how it is. If you are an optic fan its bad but if you are fan of "el diablo" or crashies or marved you'll see them play under other team for sure.

Optic roster could be FA and any org who grab them will be top 3 in their region. EMEA has a lot of shitty teams like heretics, koi, navi or vitality. In NA there are better teams but NRG or 100T are options to drop their roster and grab optics line up.

I was watching Kru vs FPX and the rounds FPX won were pure aim. If they didn't hit headshots and get two insane first kills they just sit in the map doing nothing just like my ranked games.
