She's not dead but the nerfs put her back in a spot where she's only a really good pick on a couple maps. Like haven, Jett is significantly better, along with breeze. Jett is playable on pretty much every map if not better. Neon is still the best pick on pearl though and it's not really close. On the close range maps like split and fracture raze is better though for sure (and even waylay)

this stage feels just like a repeat of that but their win against xlg this time around was even less dominant
