Prime example, Termi isn't good imo, his strategies at the end of tournaments become way too static, and his teams aren't fluid like EG or old Optic. Often losing out entire tournaments because teams will just adapt or the IGLsthey play become too advanced.

Not to speak of roster changes, Solo's Gen.G looks like a way better team in the midround, and I think it's because Termi doesn't want to admit his stax IGL project has failed (not even sure if he's still calling but looks like it)

Do people actually think Chet is this amazing coach? His track record is mediocre at best once you remove the optic (he was gifted that by mikeshd and fns)

Do people actually think someone like Onur whose teams have a consistent identity and system are worse than him?

Kinda tired of seeing bad teams get ruined because of nepotism and "I used to play with him, he's the goat" the results aren't there, the effort doesn't even look to be there with NRG and FNC (FNC is still way better cuz they have an established system to fall back on)

a month later Goked has coached LEV to be one of the best teams when they used to make sloppy mistakes, we are 6 months into this NRG roster and they are the worst team in every department besides for skill where they are individually probably first lol

Look at heat transformation under Atom for KRU, or just KRU in general, I don't think Chet could ever have a team playing like that, ESPECIALLY without FNS

if chet is one of the best coaches in FPS history, then you're one of the best IGLs in fps history

McE isnt realistic and victor would probably leave with crashies but these are the most obvious changes

I personally feel like gen g plays much more entertaining valorant than DRX and has better coaching, they cracked the SEN map pool, before anyone else could btw.. great coaches and igling

optic ig could be a superteam but a top 3 finish at copenhagen was insanely hard, lets not downplay the competition at copenhagen with peak FPX and PRX

i think if you gave any top tier coach in val theyd win tokyo and maybe not lock in kinda hard to judge there, wasnt really won by coaching just alfajer and derke comeback

i think if i gave mini the EG roster and budget restrictions, or this KC roster they don't come close to what they did with other coaches

so he has more time to focus on innovation and fnc are close to the same as last year

I don't think mini should be anywhere near that high, alecks and potter have done more with less (coaching wise not winning wise)
