IMO, it seems like xset obviously would want to replay. There is a team that makes sure that all rounds are played fairly. Xset already posted GG To fpx on twitter. In order to lower chamber pick rate, and buff cypher, I was thinking.

Give cypher a tp(similar to chambers but with larger range)
Give cyphers ult a kj ult affect around pinged enemies(a moving ult that will follow them around)
Give cypher camera the abilities(if he wants) to flash anyone tagged by camera until they remove the tag
Cypher cages 2>>>12
Cypher can narrow reynas q and e, healing or making him invincible for a small amount of time.
