He has the best mental and is represents more the leader part of IGL. Also, even tho I don’t think he’s as creative in terms of finding new things his ability to call plays seems great from the outside. Being able to bring everyone else’s ideas to life is a great trait.

Kaplan - Along with McE, he’s the GOAT of NA T2 coaching, him and McE crafted Ghost and Guard cores, brought up Valyn and JohnQT. I think McE is the best system coach in the world and can drill any team to be competitive like last years C9. Kaplan probably can’t accomplish this but, Ghost gaming was from a tactical point of view ahead of most teams besides for Optic, he’s easily one of the better counter stratters, and has shown great engineering on the playbook although the map pool is still being built.
