smoggy was better in champs overall except for the final, even when they were struggling hard in shanghai smoggy was still their top performer
zmjjkk and smoggy were on vacation and from the looks of it they only practiced ascent which is going away next episode
smoggy was better and more consistent than zmjjkk through out the year. i think they’ll have a slow start in form in bangkok but be better in toronto and paris, will be much harder to win another trophy because every team will have their eyes set on them

all of them were arguably more consistent in 2023 with each of them having one or two bad tournaments in 2024. EDG just ended up being the better of the three though.

PRX were trash in shanghai (you should’ve seen how many rounds they kept throwing) and champions, only good in madrid
FNATIC didn’t make madrid and was trash in shanghai, it was a miracle they even won the stage 1 trophy tbh, but they redeemed themselves in stage 2 and champs though

most teams that keep their roster are more likely to have shaky results (fnatic, prx and navi being some of the more notable ones because they’ve made deep tournament placements near the end of the year) TH and EDG aren’t exceptions either i think that’s what he meant
