first seed beats 4th seed it’s in the script

honestly think this is the most competitive group and if edg doesn’t shit the bed i think this group is more worthwhile to watch than the other ones imo + prx and edg carry viewership so it’s not like there aren’t any popular teams in this group

posted 2 months ago

yeah, he’s gotten a shit ton of popularity from that 1v2 clutch on ascent vs prx in upper finals. he was on fire that game and was easily their best player and shined despite losing the series

goked masterclass

posted 2 months ago

replacing him for another guy who doesn’t pull crazy numbers like him too just because he’s close with aspas 😬

my goat FNS made a tweet about how c0m is underrated

posted 2 months ago

yeah if they can win pistols they can def snowball. It’ll be hard though because G2 are pistol merchants

I can see this being the best opening game if it goes to three maps.

PRX 2-1 G2 if they actually pick a favorable map pool for them

posted 2 months ago

I can see where you’re going with PRX having the best mentality but I don’t exactly think that’s true, if I recall correctly alecks only timeouts in regional games to check on his players and see if they’re doing okay. I don’t know if there’s a guy on the team to reassure them in times of struggle. One thing for sure is that if sunset for some reason doesn’t get banned then G2 is done for lol

If trent starts playing like trexx or leo then yall better be careful, prx something himself said that trent is the player to look out for I think

G2 has improved since shanghai but they still have tendencies to choke just like PRX, if icy gets a life game it’s probably over 😭

posted 2 months ago

W thread ngl, you redeemed yourself after the DZ slander last week. firepower is key but having a good strategic game plan and being able to execute it is just as important. We saw how PRX dominated G2 first half on split but they could have easily choked 2nd half too. I think that’s when G2 was able to gain momentum because if they got 12-0’d first half or 13-0’d then they would get destroyed. I don’t think they have the talon kind of mentality to bounce back like that. I think PRX are much more prepared against G2 HOWEVER G2 has significantly improved from shanghai. Either way this will be a good and fun match to watch, two extremely opposite play styles taking on each other. Also don’t forget both of these teams are big chokers so this could either be a stomp, a good game, or a long ass game. It just comes down to momentum anyways I yapped a lot for nothing

you’ll find a clip of it on youtube i think

posted 2 months ago

i’d say they have relatively good game sense equal to g2s. experience & firepower (evident in geng and th lower finals) i agree with you. i think prx are in desperation as with every other team to win this matchup. we will see how the game goes though. if icy life games once in a blue moon again then it will definitely be much harder

Lakia is not a top 5 player lol, he’s not bad but there are better initiators

i love the lakia of valorant btw don’t come at me for this

posted 2 months ago

so basically a swiss stage is what you want

posted 2 months ago

the problem is breach and gekko are infinitely more useful than reyna, iso and clove

posted 2 months ago

primmie was out of his mind that game, rebuild around him for sure

posted 2 months ago

well atleast they’re not in the mud like sen tbh

posted 2 months ago

maybe, they’ll most likely get cooked on ascent but eek out the 2 other maps

posted 2 months ago

no idea but i have an ODD feeling they somehow beat g2, just barely tho

posted 2 months ago

allat

posted 2 months ago

i admit my wrongdoings

posted 2 months ago

1/3 matches won so far

posted 2 months ago

50/50 both teams are chokers but i’m going with g2 because their play style counters prx

posted 2 months ago

Doesn’t matter as long as those 5 players are on vitality. I love TH but they always lose against vitality

posted 2 months ago

you actually think solo initiator gekko is better?

posted 2 months ago

trexx is an insane player lol he always frags don’t look down on him

posted 2 months ago

TH shits on all but FPX

posted 2 months ago

yes that’s the problem imo, if those two step up they have a better chance to beat lev

posted 2 months ago

it’s okay trace threw the next round

posted 2 months ago

why do you panic whenever an emea team loses a map to a cn team?

posted 2 months ago
