Only teams I could see benefit from Breach still regardless of nerfs are SEN / EG (idk about other regions since I dont watch them much).
EG and SEN are just always slow playing. They rarely take fights on defense, and I feel like still having breach will definitely still benefit them. Possibly 100T as well
Just having 1 stun will prolly be crucial for them since they play too scared.

But anyways SEN players always claim how they have to focus on themselves a lot since Kaplan is too busy to train / help them. I feel like having more coaches would help with that
