Forcing a player to stay on your org is an insta cancel to fanbase + reputation. It's important for orgs to listen to their players. If someone wants to leave, you don't force them to stay.

Same with aspas, aspas wanted to stay and already had a 2026 contract I think. Even if not, he still wanted to stay for a reason because he likes the org. He joined it in the first place anyways.

Same with zellsis. Zellsis was met with hate because some nerd wanted to post something badly about him. Bringing hatred to him and his family

They left rivals because it wasn't financially sustainable. Just ironically like how TSM left challengers for the same reason

There's a reason 100T is a lower tier org as well picking up lower talented players too
