He is struggling for sure however yay was never a ranked demon like other players he was average most of the time in NA. You never seen his name near in the top radiants and rankings ever.

In my eyes it was always between guhRVN or qck. xand was hyped a lot but it did not make sense for to pick him given the way they play the game.

It really does not matter how hard is to rank up in one region because.
1) Your teammates could be shit and giving a false impression is harder to rank.
2) Your team comms also matter when it comes to advancing fast.
3) if you are famous stream sniping comes into play again fixing the normal average results.
4) It matters if you are solo or duo because it gives you different experiences.

The only way in my opinion to try to compare skill between region is to check all your stats and compared them (Still you need to be at same rank you were before also the games played and agents you use is a factor).
