the problem is LTA is split into 2 group. and is basically 2 sub region fight for a spot or two for intl appearances.
i just think this format is good for the bigger teams like DFM GAM PSG etc since they can, possibly, widen their knowledge and skill.
i don't think nonexistent region like indo-malay countries and even philippines, could get their chance and make a decent team. even if they could, they will probably sign mixed 1local+4korean.
