bro didnt bave a reasonable argument and responded by cursing me out KKKKKKKKKKK

stay mad G2 oxy lover.

“toe to toe with talent playing well against optic last year”

https://www.vlr.gg/185987/the-guard-vs-g2-esports-challengers-league-north-america-lbf/?game=all&tab=overview

oxy at the bottom as a duelist kkkkk, & TGRD arguably downgraded coaches and primary duelist.

oh look another braindead argument! let me remind you again, who else took a map off of LOUD, the second best team in the world? MIBR LOOOOOOOL. clearly nrg underperformed, and played horribly INDIVIDUALLY (one bad off day) this does NOT mean they are worse than MIBR rofl. 3 close maps that could have gone either way. and oh yeah NRG almost beat LOUD after losing horribly map 1 at lock//in. how about you stop discrediting mibr and respect that they have improved a lot over the off-season.

and you completely did not comprehend my last statement. TGRD lost because they apparently had “no INTL LAN experience under mce.” do jakee and runi have any INTIL LAN experience? is this going to be the excuse again when C9 lose? bro completely missed the point.

honestly im shocked that you think you are smart enough to analyze every game that has been played by nrg so far (3 our of 9) and have come to the conclusion that C9 is now the greatest team in NA because they beat 100T with two previously T2 players. NRG has a single bad game (one that they almost won while throwing every possible anti-eco and eco) and everyone is immediately looking to point fingers and wanting to kick players off the team. where was this energy last week? where was the lets kick ardiis and fns energy last week? suddenly they lose an OT on the most one sided map in the pool and its over? get a life you two faced vlr analyst andy, i dont care what comes out of your mouth, NRG would not look any better rn with any roster change you mentioned, because the players being good at their roles is not the issue. NRG purely got outaimed by mibr that is legitimately it. ardiis whiffed, fns couldnt hit a shot for his life, even s0m whiffed on pearl. if NRG closes out their ecos and anti-ecos (ALWAYS ENDED IN 1v1 or 2v2) and stop whiffing every clip, they win split and pearl in half the time the match actually took.

exactly lmfao

“look at G2 LFT OXY” followed IMMEDIATELY by: “theres great players in NA that could fit into NRG if they tried some scouting”

please tell me how else i am supposed to interpret this.

let me answer your confusion. jakee and runi are great players. are they masters winning players? are they champions winning players? do they have THAT potential? and let me remind you, who have C9 beaten so far? EG (equivalent of KC pretty much) and 100T (2nd worst team from NA). is this really impressive? of course there are great players in NA but have they proven themselves at all? mce is great at turning mid players to decent ones but has he really helped turn them into winners? the difference is ardiis has INTL experience on a skilled roster who KNOWS what it takes to be the best. all the players you mentioned have yet to win anything notably and dont fit in to NRG roles wise and personality wise. & you have watched a total of 3 games out of the 9 that will play out. why are we so concerned about roster changes when the season isnt even half over? we all saw that the individuals on nrg underperformed greatly. fns went -31 and yet nrg ALMOST WON THE GAME. NRG ALMOST 4V5ed their way to a win. so even though what you see is the scoreline and the players, theres so much more that goes into creating a roster.

oh and let me remind you again, what was everyone saying when TGRD threw a 11-4 lead against OpTic last map which eventually let OpTic win their first masters? TGRD LOST BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND THE PRESSURE GOT TO THEM.

oxy is either at the top or bottom of the leaderboard, more inconsistent than tenz. please do not argue that OXY deserves to be on a franchised team.

can oxy play sentinel? can oxy play viper? or kayo? has oxy WON ANYTHING? no he cannot and has not which is why ardiis is on nrg. despite the hate he gets, ardiis did win MASTERS COPENHAGEN, what has oxy done? hasnt even won in vcl yet. why are we overhyping T2 players that just joined the scene this year?

the few players that ARGUABLY deserve franchise in T2 would be all of TGRD (minus tex as of now), most of M80 (debatable), dapr & shahzam (debatable even), and yay. NOBODY ELSE has proved themselves, in vcl even, to deserve a franchise spot.

because of dephh whiffing lmao

heres the thing, nrg and mibr are easily interchangeable rn. i genuinely believe that nrg had a horrible performance today and did not show their capabilities. ardiis and fns whiffing left and right, even s0m whiffing on pearl, it was sad to watch but i think they will perform MUCH better later in the season. remember that each map was VERY close and for nrg (who depends on anti-strat pretty heavily) they didn’t know anything about mibr’s icebox previously. additionally, nrg just couldnt seem to win all of their antiecos and couldnt close out their ecos. i still feel like nrg stand a chance against furia and even loud, but so do mibr, its just very difficult to make a conclusion atm.

but solely based off of results and scores so far,

loud
fur
lev
mibr
nrg
c9
sen
kru
100t
eg

yay: deserves to be given a chance, after lock//in everyone jumped on the hate bandwagon when he played like one map on jett lmfao, hes also been practicing controller agents as well as raze, hopefully he shows that he is capable of being flexible and still remain a demon.

ardiis: idk gang, some of his whiffs with the phantom and op today maybe me real upset, i think his senti is currently better than his raze/jett lol (??) but i think with time he will be able to switch on and off that role with victor. he fits in very well with the team i think he just needs to switch back to vandal..

tenz: not much to say, apparently hes injured himself a bit and also has personal issues rn, i wish he was a bit more of a flexible player though. hes pretty inconsistent and there are definitely better replacements for him but the org needs their poster boy so its whatever.

dephh: yet to prove himself without chamber/ayrin, seems like almost all of xset fell off.. i think his inflexibility leads to really difficult role swaps and there are better options out there that have a higher ceiling. i feel like his roster has so much potential but so far they haven’t shown anything impressive.

nrg losing anti-ecos, not being able to close out their ecos (always 1v1 or 2v2s), ardiis and fns whiffing everything, s0m whiffing a bit on pearl, overall individuals underperformed a lot today :[

i didnt even notice this wtf 😭😭

fns hits some shots and we would have won HELLO????

im confident in aspas obviously (goat) but im not sure if it will be enough. khalil and dgzin have been on fire and they have so much momentum. and mwzera on raze (if played) could really lead to an upset. rooting for LOUD personally but this one will be a banger.

posted about a year ago

easily LEV 2-0 SEN (one close-ish map, one sweep)
KRU 2-0 EG (two sweeps)

FURIA 2-1 LOUD (banger)

furia have been looking INCREDIBLE and if khalil, dgzin keep playing as well as they do, they have a HUGE chance to win this. i feel like LOUD have been experimenting a lot with that gekko and even viper on ascent, i think if they stick to the normal comps, each map will be very tight, but otherwise i think FURIA will surprise them with their insane innovation. LOUD has been showing their weaknesses against MIBR and C9 and its perfect for FURIA to take advantage of. however, if aspas, cauanzin perform very well, they could also take it. this game will be very very hype and i think that the winner will eventually go 9-0, maybe 8-1 upset.

worse than LEV is reaching no? they looked horrible on lotus against LEV… a lot of players simply underperformed. victor and crashies played well today hut it just felt like they were 2v5ing. ardiis played horribly, fns also played very poorly aiming-wise, and s0m seemed to whiff so many shots. i dont think this game should determine how good they are as each game was so so close. especially heavily sided maps like pearl and split, its hard to make an accurate conclusion. overall NRG underperformed individually, but i have faith that they will make a comeback.

& mibr just looked good and played well as a team, i really liked how NRG denied a lot of heat’s potential frags after map 1, but the rest of the team played really well. murrizz is pretty good at fragging although some of the rounds they lost were really freaking stupid. jzz was jizzing and frz played a great game. rgl had great ability usage and overall this team just played better.

i am confident in NRG’s ability to learn from this and win out most of their remaining games. it just felt like today, the pressure got to them and three of them heavily underperformed.

NRG beat GIA, remember that nice little 13-1 on haven? oh look, where is GIA now? your logic just completely doesnt make sense.

americas and emea are most competitive, americas a bit more imo since fnc will easily go 9-0, cant really say the same about loud or even furia. and obv apac is the drx sweep

posted about a year ago

but you dont hear the calling. we almost lost 12-14 but that run back other site call? saved us that round. what we SAW was that ardiis SINGLE-HANDEDLY lost us more than a couple of rounds and couldnt op at all. sure fns also played poorly but when you get a player like ardiis on the team, he should be one of the stars that is constantly performing, and not whiffing every clip.

posted about a year ago

the difference is we CLEARLY saw ardiis whiff on the op first game, then almost threw MULTIPLE rounds on split. he clearly was not playing well despite fns’ good calls.

i mean, he had a EMEA superteam, we definitely did not
