Yes i just checked all the moves on the teams you said and its literally atleast 1-3 players getting dropped in the same month, and getting new randoms. But that doenst mean they are getting dropped just because they dont have good aim lmao.
The only teams i saw that apparently know what they are doing with their players are REJECT, ZETA and NORTHEPTION, where they stayed with the same players and now are at the top, im not saying ur wrong, but i feel pretty confident to say its just bad management, and not because they have bad aim. And to be fair basically all the players i saw that were getting dropped arent even close to what they are now, like Dep.
its just the effort they put in honestly.
I could be wrong but im pretty sure basically every emea team from the top 10-15 were on bootcamp, scims hours of any other team they have the biggest, they come up with new things and they try to play the game the way it should be played instead of putting 5 good aimers on the team

on low elo you should never crouch because people there will always body aim + ads and you will die in 2 seconds
on high elo obviously depends on the moment but i always crouch while holding an angle.because everyone knows how to peek and prefire and they have good crosshair placement and + i have high ping so it helps me too
