I find that you often have to initiate a discussion if you want the team to communicate. Try greeting your teammates, talk about what agents you want to play during selection and make call outs during the match.

Try to have the same confidence in competitive as you do in deathmatch. Remember to not take performing well so seriously that you choke, even if you do mess up and de-rank you can easily get it back.

I hear a lot of silvers complaining about smurfs, I think you are right when it comes to your mentality of just dealing with it.

In general just take it easy and you'll do great!

To improve your utility, try switching to a complex agent like Viper/Astra/Cypher/Killjoy and seeing how that goes. Pro games can help out with this, think of them as having examples for how you should play (i.e. where to smoke or place cameras/turrets). They can also show you better team compositions, although I am unsure how big of a factor team comps are in silver lol. Boaster from Fnatic has made a few videos on YouTube instructing how to play several different agents on different maps. Regardless, the most important thing would be for you too just play more competitive, practicing more would simply be the best way to improve your game sense. Having bad game sense is very reasonable with how short of a time you have been playing Valorant for.

Your crosshair placement and pre-aiming are perfect, I have no advice to give there. Your aim in general is far better than any silver player I have ever seen. You seem to be very good with headshots so sticking with the Vandal would probably be for the best. You should have a lot of confidence when taking on fights because you can probably out aim anyone on the enemy team. Playing with black bars does shrink the enemies model compared to stretched IIRC, although landing your shots doesn't appear to be an issue at all.

The only issues I can think of are very minor and maybe death match exclusive.:
1) Your spraying isn't quite right, but you can just practice that against a wall in the practice range,
2) You are sometimes sloppy in checking corners,
3) Running around with your knife so much isn't recommended.

Your aim and movement seem very solid in general, better than some in my plat lobbies. What rank are you exactly? It could be more of a game sense/utility issue. Admittedly I only watched the first 2 minutes.

After performances in Berlin, absolutely Sentinels. They performed terribly and have shown minimal improvement since Reykjavik yet some people unironically believe they are the best in the world. They finished 5-8th lol.
Going into Champions, either Fnatic or Sentinels. Fnatic appears so much worse than every other EMEA team participating, it feels absurd that comparisons can even be drawn between them and Gambit. Guild should have been in their place 100%
