try sgares and sliggy, they are also fine. none are super in depth and sometimes u just gotta look through countless vods just watching the minimap yourself and try to improve at the thing you want.

for example, if you struggle macro wise on some map or struggle to hold a speific area around the map... just find vods of a good team and see how they defend it. micro stuff are more easier to find and you can just find normal vods and see how a pro would play that situation. goodluck <3

2 of my gpx have corepad grips + stock skates (normal)

grips are fine if your hand is sweaty, it isnt a necessity. i like it to help me grip the mouse better. however, the stock skates are just objectively better, no reason not to go get some for 8$. just trust me on this. its not that the PTFE skates are bad, the normal ones are fine. but stock ones are just so much better.
