They're messing with you. CLG Red made the finals for Series 1 and 2, and even at the FTW Summer Showdown the finalists which lost to MAJKL (which became c9 White) there were multiple players who are now on CLG Red
maps are added to the competitive pool 28 days after they were added to the game. Since fracture was added to the game on September 8th, it will be added to the competitive map pool on October 6th, almost a week before LCQ starts.
