You really aren't wrong. Those who play non-duelist agents tend tend to have a significantly harder time escaping ranks. It's just much easier to frag out on a duelist and gain more rating that way especially if you are a really strong duelist. Insta-lock duelist if you give coms and are generally a really strong fragger.

However, if you are just a duelist player because you would go negative otherwise, then DO NOT GO DUELIST because you suffer from mechanical aim and game sense. You are going to hold your team back if you go duelist like that.

Insta-lock agent players have bad rep because they are generally represented by players who can't go positive without playing duelist. It's really sad in that sense and brings massive frustration to anyone that plays.

No one ever said 13-6 and 13-7 was "trying your best." Certain games you can tell whether not it was close just based on the gun play and general stuff like that. Sen vs FNC was a strategical outplay in most cases and didn't look like Sentinels gave it their all. A lot of rounds within that match up were given up by Sentinels such as Icebox. They were 5 rounds up and then threw 4 rounds in a row after that just with misplacement of economy and getting cocky with plays. Same thing happened on haven with their clear advantage after half and winning both pistol rounds.

Any 13-4 game is a massive strategical outplay and is in no way "trying your best." If anything, "being in the zone" would be the more accurate term since they were just "feeling it that day" and outplayed their opponents badly.

Sentinels so far looked far too dominant within the scene. My TSM flair has nothing to do with this particular analysis, since it's just the team I've supported since beta so your ad hominem is just irresponsible.

Sentinels was literally playing with FNC. Trolling and throwing rounds. They knew they controlled the game, just didn't finish it off right away.

I'm not saying don't give them a shot. But giving them a Last Chance Qualifier for Champions tour without developing the region first seems irresponsible.

Invest in the region for about a year like NA/EU/LATM/Asia/SA/JPN before considering their spots in a global light.

That was ange1

Cheating isn't the issue, its moreso the competitive level.

Japan was already considered far behind other regions (no offense), so how will India compare? Not only is there a lack of strong history in FPS but there is also a lack of experience in Valorant currently.

Man, sentinels have one of the best social media managers. Almost like another G2 carlos.

posted about 3 years ago

subroza; man is either the best player in the world or the equivlanet of an instalocker jett in plat/dia who only wants to get kills.

I just see people supporting sentinels out of nowhere because of Tenz during masters 1. Quite annoying and shows fake fans yk.

Brax already has trouble comming to his teammates, having him igl is going to be a disaster.

I mean, it was very close. NA is still the better region just due to competition but KR proved today that they are a strong region as well, something that shouldn't be overshadowed by EU and others.

A lot of people started watching sentinels because of TenZ and didn't really see the reign of sinatraa prior.

Had a diamond / immortal player from beta / act 1 in my gold - plat game. He didn't hold up too well.

nooooooo, this just aint the move man

posted about 3 years ago

My bad, but that was more of a V1 throw than a liquid victory.

Sentinels might win NA challengers in the end but it wasn't an easy battle. In some instances, they had to go through the lower bracket and even then, they lost a few maps.

Over in iceland, not a single NA team has dropped a map. NA challengers is far more difficult at the moment.

don't think so? I was adjusting my sens to get the 0.385. between 0.38 and 0.39

posted about 3 years ago

0.385 800 dpi

posted about 3 years ago

Not man handled but it was kinda obvious that Sentinels were playing around with them and getting cocky.

its working....

I'm from Na though hmm

Its only going to increase. Right now the viewship is mostly carried by the NA scene. Once other regions develop, it'll be past 1 million easily.

what about NSG OBSERVER 1

posted about 3 years ago

tldr ~ Too early to judge which region is better and people should just respect each other rather than attack one another.

posted about 3 years ago

TSM org management no? I assumed this because Hazed didnt even know why he was benched originally and said something about the orgs involvement.

posted about 3 years ago

they dismantled Gen G 9-1 first half with him so it looks solid. But signing brax just not to really play him is just poor planning

sentinels literally trolled against FNC.

no competition

I wonder how many people removed their TL flag

posted about 3 years ago

TL basically got 3-0'd.

split was just a throw by v1

my man vanity must be some professional ninja because he just ran past 3 people on TL in the open and didnt get seen once.

DAMN LMAOOO

V1 basically 3-0'd TL (split was a throw imo).

It was also scrims against Gen G. 9-1 before half

posted about 3 years ago

So Bang was seen doing server time on Asuna's stream and playing with the TSM squad. They were beateing Gen G 9-1 at the time. Thoughts?

Most "amateur tournaments" are usually for diamond+ players.

Immortals usually take home these amateur tournaments at the end of the day. Like the person above me said, go on battlefy and check their valorant tournaments.

posted about 3 years ago

Sova is a really balanced character lol. Though, the difference between a bad sova and a good sova is much more apparent than other agents.

posted about 3 years ago

Most teams still play Jett? Its just that Jett is no longer just used as the "awp" character since the AWP has only gotten weaker not only due to nerfs but new agent shifts (Viper + astra meta).

Depends on Berlin. Iceland will set the stage for how well these regions mesh together in terms of play and an overall standard. Berlin will be the true test for these regions though.

wardell's watching the frod stream (you can't access it now) so if anyone's interested, go to his stream.
