I've been seeing a lot of these recently do I decided to do my own. lmk what you think

in the top 15 or 20 IGLs but IMO he's still too unproven for top 10

I mostly made that decision cause stellar has IGL'd at the tier 1 level for such a small period of time

I feel that BONECOLD's experience and Champions win makes him slightly more distinguished as an IGL

E ability (1 charge, comes for free, 2 kills for recharge) (Arbitrator): USE to out a 4-round explosive burst shot from his chest that sticks to enemies and walls if they are tagged by it. Each individual round from the burst does 50 damage (35 damage if it doesn't stick directly to the player, splash damage ) and it winds up for 0.75 seconds once it lands before it explodes.

Q ability (2 charges, 200 credits per charge) (Cyber Hook): USE to pull out a cybernetic grappling gun (0.5 second pullout time). FIRE to shoot out a 40 meter long hook (1.5 seconds to reach 40 meters) and upon hitting the nearest wall it immediately pulls you to that location (0.7 seconds to pull out gun after you land). ALT-FIRE to fire out a 20 meter long hook (0.5 seconds to reach) 20 meters and upon hitting the nearest enemy it pulls them towards you (0.6 seconds to pull out gun after enemy reaches you). Right click can only pull enemies towards you and left click can only pull you towards walls.

C ability (1 charge, 300 credits) (Flashguard): USE to place a visor over your eyes (0.1 second activation time) (no additional pullout time for gun upon casting visor) that lasts 5 seconds and blocks any and all flashes/nearsight abilities during that time and reduces headhsot damage by 10% during that time. Visor has 20 hp and can be broken via. a headshot.

Ultimate ability (8 ult points) (B.R.A.W.L.E.R.): USE to develop cybernetic skin all over your body for 20 seconds (0.3 second activation time). While in this ult you gain 700 HP and are immune to all kind of slow effects, fall damage and headshots but cannot use any guns. FIRE to unleash 3 punches (5 meter range, 75 damage per punch) in quick succession with a 2 second cooldown after punching. ALT-FIRE to enter a kicking stance for 2 seconds in which moving your mouse controls the direction of your kick (150 damage if it connects to an enemy). ALT-FIRE again to cancel the stance and kicking downwards while falling will increase falling speed by 2x. Running while in contact with a wall will allow you to scale that wall (you can jump off the wall while scaling it) and if you are falling down while in contact with a wall you will be able to slide off that wall as well as being able to jump off it while sliding). All other abilities can be used while in ult.
