i mean if you really want to lose weight you could stop lifting, put that time into running/ BJJ/ walking on a incline on treadmill to burn calories and keep doing your calorie deficit, you will lose alot of muscle doing this but you will lose weight, after you get to your desired weight start lifting again and build the muscle back. I was 190 last summer and dropped to 160 running before I started lifting again, and now im at the same strength level I was but 25 lb lighter. Definitely a process though

W ranking, I feel like NRG is being hard underrated due to their loss VS LOUD. LOUD proved themselves the better team in that match yes, but the game truly could have gone either way.

actually in that last series vs NRG, saadhak was much more the entry. He had twice as many first deaths as aspas, and many of aspas's FK can be attributed to the op, not an entry

aspas is the definition of all aim no brain, and he doesn't even take over games like other dominate jetts have done in the past, such as Derke and Cryo.
He's a good duelist, maybe even one of the best, but in no way is he the best in the world
imo saadhak gives much more value than aspas, good aim, smart plays, IGL, and plays support
aspas has no agent pool and requires a good flow to perform, otherwise he does mediocre in most games and terrible in a few.

It seems at every tourney NA is always underrated. Some people really thought a EMEA team with barely any practice made up of T2 pros and a few good players (trexx, sheydos) would beat optic core + ardiis? Those same people talk about how underrated LOUD is for being the world champs in this tourney, when I have not seen 1 person say they will lose to GENG? someone make this make sense, I feel like NA talent is always being shit on even when we consistently prove we are the best region

Yes, this new team will be way better, sacy, pancada, and zekken are all good pickups. But they are doing such a garbage job of handling their releases of their players that made the team famous- Shaz, dapr, etc. Plus their PR seems like a coverup to make up for their inevitable loss in fans, especially if tenz is released. Just look how the CEO tweeted "no contract was offered". That was the worst way he could possibly word his statement, but its the only truthful statement he could make, because they left shaz in the dark about his future.

KRU was dead last in iceland, and only avoided that fate again by beating LOUD (who I would bet they frequently scrim with so they were already aware of some of their plays) so i disagree. OPTIC stomped them
