IAM is F/A coachless team, they more than likely to have "relaxed" scrim schedule than VCT team like DFM. Being said, If DFM scrim vs IAM is so "competitive", IAM is not that great of a team (respectfully speaking). DFM is NOT B tier when compared to the rest of VCT pacific team. Check jamet_ff for evidence of APAC scrim.

1. DRG beating RA was an upset, no one expecting it, or rather RA players wants permanent spot in VCT CN instead of guest slot by joining JDG performing worse on the final.
2. People putting BLG outside top 4 (DRG higher) cause they perform bad in Act3, not knowing their coach (that beat NRG) at champions absence during act 3.
3. Majority of people in general just don't know much about CN valo, Ryan Central video does a great job introducing CN teams especially with knowledge about Wolves team.
4. Me personally due to the various amount of transfer activity raises question on the performance of newly assembled roster, whether it'll take time for team to perform at peak level from synergy concern.

How else can you elaborate things being “overrated” when they make those kinds of preview hype video? ZETA did theirs differently with hiroron and T1 (xccurate, iZu, Rossy) not the kind to overly hype themselves cause the players know T1 will easily replace them if T1 sees better players available.

   GenG wanted to pick him up but decided against signing him cause he can't speak Korean, 2nd choice for RRQ cause they prefer Jemkin for import and ended up in TLN. Importing player doesn't always mean they will perform better.

4. Estrella - RRQ
   From the RRQ video, I feel like his lack of english will cause him to underperform, as RRQ is his first "foreign team" and I feel like he better off in GenG (Korean speaking team).

5. yay - Bleed
   I feel like people putting so much expectation on Yay to produce results immediately instantly beating T1 who had much better off season to prepare for the opening match. Deryeon will be playing entry duelist whilst Yay is being expected to play initiator/sentinel. His role change will have this "underperform" tag on Yay, even tho he's still a good player.

I like breeze because map feels quite open, not cramped with small chokepoints from spherical smoke controllers. Aesthetically, not a fan of fracture cause map has so many perpendicular places.

I really don't get why people like fracture so much. I personally like watching pro team play fracture, but absolutely hate playing it, its as bad as playing pearl, not fun.

Jemkin/Xccurate and maybe some other newly signed players are different story. Some newly signed players took 3 months to get VISA to franchise hub city. Not everyone has 1st world country passport to make VISA process fast. The indian players at GE last year took until April to get their VISA to travel to Korea.
