reasonable explanation would be Demon1 is the standout player of an "overperforming" EG roster who doesn't look strong going into the start of season. He caught the eyes of many pros and coach/analyst like Sliggy (reliable), and for them rating him highly, it means he's quite something (no pun intended).

Managing multi-region tier 2 is difficult. NA (USA and Canada) only 2 countries, while EMEA and SEA have to deal with multiple different countries + visa issues. If guests team staying forever every year across all regions, too many teams gets added, increase further scheduling issues. 10-12 teams in a league is good, why have 20+
