idk about throwing a ranked player straight into tier 1
pretty sure it was mini who said that EMEA had like 5 good IGL's and that they were Boaster, Redgar, Ange1, Falin, and Bonecold (might not be 100% accurate)
i know nothing about game changers but here: https://www.vlr.gg/event/pickem/2040/game-changers-2024-emea-stage-2
paper rex lost to EG. I'm pretty sure they all stream
BO5's will always be more telling of a team's skill than BO3's
MostlyFins
If you could chose a team for TS to play with, would you keep it a purely Filipino roster or would you have them branch out to other neighboring APAC regions?
Some massive facts were said here. Also, it's important to note that they have a massive fanbase that might be pissed off if their favorite player gets booted. I mean, we all saw what happened with DRX
more experience with the roster
you only say that in hindsight. It was a great move on paper, and I'm not sure monyet would've stayed around too long on the bench when other teams want him
There is nothing wrong with an aggro style, but there IS a caveat that they seemed to have missed. In previous tournaments Paper Rex would play aggressively but back it up with good coordination and teamplay, which seems to be lacking recently. For example, against G2 there was multiple instances where someone just pushed out with no supporting util and gave away man advantage(also shown in their FK/FD ratio in that series). G2 were great at punishing reckless plays like this and that is a huge reason why they won.
people desperately need to chill tf out
maybe so, but he trolled the G2 game pretty hard with all those first deaths.
the power of hindsight is strong here
when shit hit the fan is you still a fan?
Not after 1 off-game. If you look at his stats recently, he has been playing very well.
It's not Jingg or something who are the problem. They are all just playing collectively worse than they did last year or earlier this year even
He is the only disciplined player on paper rex (even tho that ult was a lil questionable). I genuinely think he holds the team together
mindfreak is debatable, but you definitely need d4v41
tell me you haven't watched G2 vs LEV without actually telling me
I remember it was someone on Fnatic who said that the headphones are too insulated to hear the crowd from, but you can hear them from your teammates' mics

I feel like if PRX lose any more rounds steam is a bout to start coming out of Alecks' nose and shit
Why are their teams so bad but do so well, it makes no sense. I understand if TH had their full roster and if we had NAVI instead of FUT it would be a different story. But its truly upsetting seeing Teams that are this bad do so well. Im not saying Americas is bad but the teams they sent are dreadful. Like it should be SEN, KRU, LEV TBH. I think americas is a very skilled region but the teams they have in this tournament make the game so boring and less skilled then last year.
Chet just needs to stop putting him on gekko
Trent eeiu and crashies definitely top 3
That's the thing about Alaska. It's very expensive up here but it's beautiful and jobs pay well because there's a big demand for workers.
"keep doubting, it fuels us. The whole desk, keep going"
Friendly reminder that NA hasn’t lost a series yet
Americas: G2
EMEA: FUT
APAC: TLN
China: FPX
Jawg is not washed, Demon1's got personal issues, Ethan was forced onto an IGL role, and c0m is like actually washed
EG didn't become washed, capitalism killed them
