Fuck franchising. Let's create regional leagues for all the regions with relegation and promotion.

Altogether 3 main regions as RIOT proposed. Americas, Europe, Asia. All regions has 12 spot challengers.

Americas challengers - 8 NA, 3 BR, 1 LATM
Europe - Currently having the same format.
Asia - 3 KR, 2 JPN, 4 APAC, 1 SA, 2 OCE

1st Masters - 12 teams from 4 spots for each region.
2nd Masters - 16 teams from 5 spots for each region +1 spot for Masters1 winner region.
Champions - 16 teams from 5 spots for each region +1 spot for Masters2 winner region.

NA having 4 regions in regional league. BR has their own league and LATM has their own league. top 4 teams from NA going to promotion. top 2 teams from BR going to promotion. top 2 teams from LATM going to promotion. From promotion, 2 teams having the opportunity to play against relegation. Same for Asia.

Perfect format. Fuck franchising.

Doesn't cNed still have money laundering issue? I don't think any big EU org gonna risk it in the middle of the tourney.

I don't think anyone would buy the whole roster. I don't know how Gambit CSGO players get VISA for CS tournaments so far but Valorant players only has German Visa for few more months. Otherthan that they can travel only to Denmark, Serbia and Turkey. So I think only individuals who likes to get dual citizenship like G2 does with Monesy, will get acquired sadly.

RUssians will play from Russia

If they qualified to Masters 2, they will participate the tourney. Main reason why next Masters is in Denmark which has low fanbase is Russian and Ukraine players can play from their country with average ping right? Just like LoL MSI, tourney will be held with a ping diff.

When they win MSI in 2019, they were 5-5 and TL 4-6. Qualifying to Playoffs is what matters the most to everyone.

You can only play against the same teams as previous. If one team decides to build a champion team, you have to wait for the upcoming season to qualify for even challengers, so moral will get lose. But good foe t2 teams as they will have a playing season.
