no he is not, he actually played excellent on breeze map. I think scream fits reyna on other map but breeze jett is on another level. He seems to not fit jet on ascent and could play sage much better. Phoenix is out of the question for now because when he goes ulti and run he seems to miss some shots because he is the calm type not the chaotic one. Thanks for listening to my review
