The talent in both these rosters are insane. It comes down to strats and overall teamplay and execution.
People don't really talk about it but both Boaster and Ange1 aim has leveled up a lot since the beginning of valorant. I've watched both play and It feels like individually they both can keep up now. This series looking to be very good.

I think derke better rifle/knives but with op cned looks unstoppable when he's on.
Teamplay looks sloppy.. Maybe they did have the easier bracket... W for SEN fans

its simply cause talent pool, more women have to get comfortable with pursuing pro gaming as an actual career. Some of them have talents just so underdeveloped. And the pro women in the scene currently may just lack so much experience.
you should play with a female friend in any competitive fps and ask your female friend to use mic during game.
Honestly if you want my take they shouldn't replace till after tokyo masters. Lock in is still a single elim tourny and its really hard considering valorant is such a strat heavy game. Give this roster one last go at tokyo and see. If they can not get to the finals then i'd say they should make changes.
