They have potential talents there its just the esport market and infrastructure is not there and the population don't think esports is something that ppl should go in as an actual career. Literally its shamed on and look down upon there why would kids grind games there if the opportunity to make a lot of money is not there in that region. India and China views on esports is completely different lol you can't compare those two countries.

Blizzard is the best example of this. They make so much money having their games in china because there's an insane amount of ppl living there that likes to play games and watch games. Being forced or biased is not the reason when the region makes them so much money and carrying the esports scene for one of their games.

Reason why it works with china is cause they have the esports infrastructure to actually support and sustain growth. The orgs there are massive with good staff and such and the talent is there because the country has 1.4 billion ppl.
I think 2 slot would be more fair atm but honestly after seeing how much edg improved with experience i'm willing to give chinese teams more chance to learn from international competition. Reason being Chinese viewership and esports investment in valorant would be huge for the game's future after looking at league.
