G2 really good ngl. They adapt really well. Even though their style is slow u can tell how effective it is

Its g2 playstyle. They are like the most text book team. Maybe even more so than fnatic or drx at this point. It doesn't allow initiator much of a chance to pop off as much imo.

I'm actually 10 times more impressed by what they cooked off during the timeouts and also their eco play than when they were owning on attack. I could tell they were overheating then they play patient reading the opponent and letting them move first. This is a good look for them.
yeah i think what happened was that after tokyo where EDG pop off. They got super criticized for how they play and they went fully 180 to try to adopt a super discipline Fnatic playstyle and it was uncomfortable for them. I feel like this style is better.
I mean i knew edg would get better with the roster changed they made. After removed as coach. He was making them change agents and comp so much. Nobody as igl and haodong to coach position seem like it worked out. The problem was that at shanghai they're still pretty new roster change.
Probably a lot of good scrims and vods. They got to actually learn strats. Probably a lot of team got shit on and they realized how far behind they are so work harder. I feel like EDG got so much hate so they really practiced disicpline.
