guess I wasted 25 minutes of my life
EMEA:
FPX-had many question marks first coming to the tournament but right now look like top 2 EMEA won against Gambit in a pretty close match, had a bad start against BIG but eventually beat them and Destroyed Liquid without Ange1 and look like one of the favourites for a Masters spot currently 3-0
SMB-Looked strong at first with the additions of XISTOU and Glovee from the old OXG roster but ended up losing every match and ending their run 0-5 although they put up a good fight against Guild they are facing relegations finished off 0-5
Liquid-one of the stronger teams coming into this tournament but so far haven't showed anything impressive and looked pretty bad against FPX but it looks like they will make it out of groups so far with definitely a team that could take the Masters spot if they fix some issues currently 2-2
GAMBIT-favourites coming into the tournament lost to FPX in a pretty close match but also beat Liquid in a dominant fashion but face uncertainty due to the crisis in Ukraine and if they are allowed to play they are one of the favourites for the Masters spot currently 1-1
Fnatic-a strong team coming into this tournament but faced some criticism for the signing of Braveaf a fairly unknown player but it turned out to be one of the best decisions they could have made right now they look like the strongest team in their group and in EMEA apart from FPX maybe defiantly one of the favourites for a Masters spot currently 4-0
ACEND-Just like Gambit favourites coming into this tournament but like Liquid they haven't showed anything impressive since Champions played troll comps against Guild struggled against G2 and got destroyed by Fnatic although they are struggling this has been a really good tournament for cNed if the team step up like they did in Champions they could take a Masters spot currently 2-2
Guild-just like FPX they had a bit of uncertainty but done pretty good so far they destroyed BBL won against Acend and beat SMB although they are doing good in their groups they haven't really faced off any good competition Acend played troll comps against them and BBL has been pretty weak during this tournament also they haven't looked good against SMB and barely won it out in OT even though SMB hadn't won a single map until they played them but if they continue winning they are one of the favourites for a Masters spot currently 3-0
BBL-probably the biggest team in terms of viewership there was a lot of uncertainty and unfortunately just like SMB they lost all their games except their match against SMB which they won 2-0 pretty unlikely to make it out of groups at this point and if they can address many of the issues they face in the team they could be a good contender next Masters currently 1-3
NAVI-looked bad before this tournament but they are doing decent in their group they won against LDN UTD and BIG but lost against Liquid in a close match I don't know that much about them but its kind of unlikely for them to take a Masters spot but if they make it out of groups they might be able to take a Masters spot currently 2-1
G2-they had a bad performance coming into this tournament but they are currently tied with Acend in groups the return of Mixwell has helped them improve a little bit and honestly looked pretty good against BBL they destroyed BBL and won against SMB 2-0 but lost to Fnatic and Acend 2-1 overall the team is looking ok and if they get passed groups they are a good contender for a Masters spot currently 2-2
I don't know much about LDN UTD and BIG so I won't really comment on them but you guys can write your predictions on it

he is a really good sova but you gotta give props to Fnatic for releasing his full potential he went from a average CIS sova to one of the best in the world

the first map they got destroyed so he didn't really have the chance to do anything

yes but I think guild and especially trexx underperforming today

I am not making this thread over that thread but pretty much for the past 2 weeks turkish teams have been clowned
I know they are being clowned by everyone but I also want you guys to understand that every single tr team have fairly new teams so now that they have settled down I am expecting better competition from Turkish teams
if they place 5th and 4th what will happen to them because they won't be playing relegation
to see SMB lose 5-0 without winning a single map
they get good openings then just throw the round also ecos are a joke at this point
imagine being a lonely loser who just clowns regions when they are doing bad

thats the same tournament Gambit got 13-0 it doesn't matter (although turkey is shit compared to emea)
