true man, Pokemon really peaked at BW and B2W2, My favorite Pokemon games and I still go back and play those games ever so often.

I honestly enjoyed sword/shield even tho its critiques that's why I thought I would enjoy Scarlet and Violet too but I have currently cleared 2 badges and 3 titans and have no more desire to continue this game even tho the paradox pokemon look cool af.

My problem is they literally nailed the open-world aspect with Legends of Arceus, like how can you fuck up so bad after successfully implementing it once.

man if this game was even 1% of what botw is, my experience would have been so much more enjoyable

Ik I bought this game late and my expectations for it were low due to the things I heard but holy fuck man, this game is a shambles. I think I have around 12-15 hours on the game currently over the past month and this shit is so fking boring. The game design is hideous and the gameplay is so unpleasant. I feel like these games are so out of touch with the previous main series game and have lost the essence of Pokemon.
