good pick , DRX look super strong, i love drx but i’ve kinda lost hope tbh 😭 i would be ecstatic if they win but i just have a gut feeling that if FNC and DRX played rn, FNC would edge it out
who would you put instead of FNC? i also think rn Geng are so shaken if they were to play G2 they’d lose because how much more confidence G2 has , but that’s very fair

SEN are considred underdogs against FPX, they’re definitely underdogs to win the event so this would probsbly also apply to them 😭
I get the feeling that a team we don’t expect will win champs, someone who barely scrapes by lowers and qualifies, and then manages to go on an insane run by cleaning up their gameplay. in my head of course teams like G2, TH and GenG are favorites, but I get the feeling huge upsets will happen in playoffs
why were people saying it’s ggs for TLN after map 1? does LEV have one of the best ascents in the world or am i missing something

Zekken is one of the more disciplined duelist yet still drops insane stats, i think if we were having this conversation before the Lev game, the recency bias wouldn’t sway people away from Zekken.
zekken is s tier too i don’t know how one loss for SEN makes them drop down for everyone in terms of impressions.
valorant is too much of a team game for someone to win a trophy without all 5 players having impact. i don’t think any team which has won a LAN has any “undeserving” or “fraudulent” players, they all played their role

Heretics looked really sharp and have an amazing style of play, they’ll for sure bounce back it’s rough to see them go, BUT KC IS STILL HERE, they’re still contenders for the 2nd place spot (SEN are winning madrid)

it for sure is over, unless TH get some hero rounds for momentum, they have genuinely nothing they can do. the confidence from 1st half is gone, they look shaky

does the quality of teams get better every tournament? for example, if we had 2023 EG vs 2022 LOUD, would it be a wash for EG or would the quality of the team and skill not have increased that drastically, and it would be close? of course at a bigger scale, any franchise team today would wipe the floor with 2021 SEN, but does the same happen in a shorter period of time?
