Except RNT and FGP, every team has realistic chance of winning. Even RNT and FGP can cause upset.
Its not only NA, every region will get fucked. Imagine whole Asia + Oceania getting only 10 slots. 20 is atleast minimum they should consider for asia. Ideally It should be 24-32.
For Americas and Europe, It should be 16-24.

Ult can be cancelled, stimmed, and time of ult resets after every kill (for every other duelist, their ult resets if they kill, then Phoenix shouldn't be exception).
