In Paladins there's over 30 champions, there's about 4-5 each ability that means 150 skills to master yet someone like Bonkar who mastered the game struggle in Valorant which means even if there's more skill usage in terms of power ups, ultimates and flashes means does not mean it is a more skilled game.

I'm not EU, 2nd of all I'm always supportive of NA scene and always wanted a good NA team in CS after complexity and 3D switched to CS source and killed the entire NA scene for 1.6 just like what valorant is doing now. Unfortunately the trend continues. So face the facts.

Well we can take a look at csgo female teams, there simply isn't one(player or teams) that break into the main scene and it's not their fault honestly. If I was paid to do less work I would do the same. It is the same pathway Riot is taking.

I think OP has a point, will valorant become slowly like WNBA where they would complain they aren't getting paid as much as NBA players while having the NBA paying most of their salary and them getting losses every year? I don't think we will ever see a tier 1 female player this way, there's just no incentive to be better if your getting paid more by playing less. A rare example is Michele Mouton who was able to go 1on1 with the men in rallying which proves that women can be on par with men if they tried hard enough and that is a physical sport, fps games is more mental with a touch of dexterity.
