First team to officially get 18-0’d
Floppy should’ve transitioned to back to CS the way daps did instead of blatantly seeking attention
Tbf, if India is a 2 team region, Korea and LATAM both are like 3-4 team regions, not to mention the fact that VS and KRU are also both miles ahead of the rest of their own region
Everyone’s attacking Kappa, but no one is giving credit to Enigma for how much they have improved over the past few months :<
VS bout to use Benkai's tactic and break PTC and JohnOlsen's wrists before the match
ez VS win
At least one Brazilian team will make it out of groups
When did I say that I expected him to be an impactful player? Literally all I did was state the fact that he never was one
I never thought nor still think someone who doesn't enjoy the game would be on the same level as someone who truly is passionate
Stating the fact that he wasn't impactful doesn't automatically mean I expected him to be impactful with how little interest he had in the game
I don’t think he should be commenting on Valorant pros and the game’s skill ceiling after how little he achieved competitively
He was just straight up not an impactful player, even after getting his ping fixed
Liquid take it 2-0, but it will be closer than some may expect
When a team plays another team for a second time, the loser tends to learn more because they can actually look at what they did wrong and improve on their mistakes, while the winning team just kind of does whatever was working before for them, making it easier to adapt to (take CR vs Gambit as an example)
I’m predicting it being close both maps, as Liquid might also consider saving strats for their potential matchup with SEN
maybe try poaching players from IVY and ex-NiP?
purp0 is also an option, although he has a limited agent pool
Cloud is stuck in elo hell
As someone who watches a lot of Asian Valorant, CR are definitely better than Team Secret, maybe not Vikings, but Secret for sure
That thing about popularity actually makes sense
I remember players like Lakia were also not too happy with the conditions in the past as well
I hope the animation is cool
Let's say that you are an organizer trying to create the highest level 16-team tournament in the world, which teams do you invite?
PS: "highest level" refers to the best teams, meaning that you do not have to include every region
Say you're fakeflagging, without saying that you are fakeflagging:
But who sold more cheap custom keyboards…
Turkey and Brazil have some of the most mechanically gifted players in the world
They both just get held back by their lack of tactics
An Argentinian agent could be cool, especially if they had beef with Raze
Where do you think the next agent should be from?
Current Agent Nationalities:
USA: 2
Morocco: 1
South Korea: 1
Germany: 1
United Kingdom: 1
Mexico: 1
China: 1
Australia: 1
Russia: 1
Japan: 1
Ghana: 1
Sweden: 1
France: 1
Brazil: 1
+Kayo, Omen
imo the next one should be from Turkey or India
Lmao, I was about to reply that I wouldn't take these games too seriously when their are comps like this
I do agree that X10 aren't a top 3 SEA team though
Nah, CR are indisputably better than Team Secret atm
Secret have been getting battered in local SEA events for a while now and tbh, in their current state, I'm not even sure if they would have made top 3 in the APAC LCQ
Lmao, just realized Sebom is 0-13 in 12 rounds
feelsbadman
If only Seoldam had made Champions ;(
Not many speak English and I’m guessing very few know about the site
If there was a Japanese version of vlr though, I’m sure it’d be very popular
You’re going to jinx it >:(
Let’s go VS
Honestly a good matchup for FS though because they have experience scrimming VS
Could see this match being like the VS | PRX game
Every time Riot gotta give VS the most competitive group while making them play against the region that has the most info on them
wait till the format and bracket get revealed and then I'll decide
NA: SEN | NV | C9 | 100T | Rise
EMEA: GMB | Liquid | ACE | G2 | Giants
APAC: VS | FS | Nth | CR | DK
SA: VK | FUR | KRU | VKS | ex-AUS
(Not in order)
Imagine a CR redemption arc where they 13-0 Gambit to one up them for 13-1ing them at Masters
Yeah, the teams you listed might make semifinals, but it's inevitable that the finals will be Full Sense vs Crazy Racoon
Saw people tagging solo and I actually think that’d be a pretty cool pickup, although unlikely
Hopefully :)
If they can incorporate Lakia a bit more and work on their Breeze, I honestly think they have a fair shot at beating any team
Just found some sick wallpapers from this reddit post
All credit goes to u/worthytacos, if you are on this site and see this, thanks for the wallpapers <3
Obviously orgs like C9 or TSM already have tons of wallpapers, but I thought it was cool to see them made for a smaller org like VS and therefore worth sharing with you guys ^-^ (now all I need is one for Northeption)
Damn, sad to see NU and F4Q both implode in such a short time
I’m guessing lots of KR players are moving to the JP circuit for 2022 because of how terrible KR formats and rules have been
Sengoku’s roster looks really promising
I’m excited to see T1/TSM in NA and DK form a superteam to rival Vision Strikers in KR
GE 2-0
Excited to watch GE play again, hopefully they apply what they’ve learned from the APAC LCQ
Facts, I made the thread because there are just too many regions and teams to make a 16 team tournament imo
I mean, just the Philippines alone has Secret/Bren/SBE/Nigma
Let's say you're an organizer tasked with inviting the 16 best and/or most popular APAC teams for a tournament
Which 16 teams do you choose to invite?
PS: You can include OCE teams if you want because that's the region they should be qualifying from
Iceland
See if Riot lets you play Valorant on the Masters 2 Stage
