Get rid of C0M and make Goaked an assistant Coach. This isn't new for him to be -19 or more in a BO3.I don't care if he had been like this at the start of last year, if its a consistent you should get rid of him. My proposition is to replace him with pANcada. Just move Mazino to Initiator, put KiNgg back on Flex and put pANcada on smokes. For Goaked, he can be an assistant Coach. Just get someone with experience, not someone who was the coach of a team that was 2 and 7 the year prior. PLS I BEG OF YOU!
